Project Planning and execution of the detailed process through strict government compliances and planning of the projects. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Liaisoning with Government such as DMG, DMO, MPCB,IBM, DGMS,CGWB and Collector Office, SDO, Tahsildar for the Permissions & land acquisition for the project. Monitor production progress and assess risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary Develop and manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Provide guidance and support to team members, assigning tasks and monitoring their progress Track and report project status updates to stakeholders and senior management Monitor and manage project scope changes and ensure they are properly documented and communicated. Coordinate and manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals. Involved in the E-Auction Process for newly auction mineral Blocks. Conduct project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management to continually improve project outcomes. Working as a Unit Head (HOD-Mines)/Mines Manager for 0.3 MT Bauxite mine project. Looking for all mining operation, safety, jetty construction, Land acquisition, Liaisoning and statutory compliances. Well versed with managing the operation of Mining, arrangement of machinery, spares Fleet management and government authorities like Grampanchayat, Tahsil Office, DMO, IBM, DGMS, MPCB. Reporting to GM (Mining) for daily production, Scheduling & Planning, Quality control, budgeting for achieving the targeted production of the mines. Involved in the land acquisition for the project & completed land acquisition for the project. Finalisation of rate for lease rent agreement and compensations. Implementation of safe operating procedure of machinery in the mines for better safety of mines. Involved in the mining lease extension process as per MMDR 2015, compliances of different permissions of Govt. Planned for Jetty which brought into operation for Export in the year 2014 and approach road to jetty for transportation and started Export facility from Jetty for Bauxite cargo. Involved in the preparation of Mining Plan/Scheme as per Rule 17(2) of MCR 2016. Involved in the successful Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 at Gudeghar Bauxite Mine and the mines becomes IMS certified from Bureau Veritas. Implemented the Integrated Management system at Gudeghar Bauxite Mine and certified with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 from Bureau Veritas. Carried out Safety Audits in the Mines through Internal Audit and Pit Safety Committee meetings. Sustainable Development of the Mines by taking care of Environmental Compliances with SOP’s. Involved Stake Holders Participations as a part of project requirement to change their view with regards to Mining Scenario. Implementation of skill development program to uplift the life of the needy. Bauxite Product analysis from the view of Buyers and quality. Actively participated in Public hearing and done successful public hearing of iron ore mines. Trained in & worked as internal auditor.
