1. Responsible for the sales of concrete machinery products in the target market, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer visits, information follow-up, payment collection, and achieving sales targets in the region; 2. Develop, manage, and optimize distributors in the target market, and collaborate with import and export companies for agent development and empowerment; 3. Coordinate with commercial vehicle channels and German Schwing channels within the target market; 4. Assist import and export companies in market development, product promotion, overseas business negotiations, exhibitions, bidding, and providing technical support; 5. Assist in market research and support the development and technical improvement of new products; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Language Studies, or related fields; 2. Excellent verbal and communication skills; 3. Strong language proficiency.
