Women's wear designer specializing in functional and sexy designs. Inspired by outdoor activities and extreme sports, the collections reflect the elements of air and speed, blending mystery, functionality, and sexiness. Functionality is reimagined through a futuristic, feminine, and adaptable lens. NOEL is designed for movement, seamlessly bridging extreme sports, everyday wear, and bold self-expression. Key responsibilities include: Transforming creative ideas into detailed tech packs, including relevant sketches, artworks, and specifications for fit, material, color, and trimmings. Finalizing themes and fabrics, and developing storylines and mood boards. Collaborating with factories to monitor sample production and ensure quality. Partnering with makeup brand SIT.E to launch their first clothing collection, designing crossover pieces between SIT.E and NOEL. Designing a complete collection of twelve looks for SIT.E’s “Le Sang d’un Poète” (men’s and women’s). Styling SIT.E’s runway shows, photoshoots, and videos. Creating and overseeing photoshoots for NOEL and SIT.E collections, ensuring the brand message is conveyed clearly through visuals. Liaising with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand partnerships, product seeding, and influencer collaborations in both Chinese and overseas markets. Conducting marketing research in both Chinese and international markets to analyze trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning. Attending fabric trade shows, liaising with suppliers and factories to select fabrics. Working closely with the Product Management team on all aspects of collection realization. Participating in weekly factory meetings to adjust and finalize samples. Collaborating with the Product Design team to maintain cohesive storytelling and uphold brand values. Allocating resources effectively to meet business schedules, key dates, and seasonal deadlines.
