Main duties performed: Teaching grammar and teaching subject-specific vocabulary in all areas Design lesson plans and curriculum tailored to your students' needs and proficiency levels correcting errors gently and providing constructive feedback. Monthly evaluate the progress and improvement of the students and track goals for the next month Provide real-world contexts for language learning (Vietnamese) Create and use engaging activities and materials to facilitate learning, such as interactive exercises, games, and multimedia resources. Ensure that students are able to use online learning platforms effectively Maintain video recording of student attendance, and other relevant information. Accommodate students' schedules by offering make-up lessons at times that suit their availability.
