○ Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the reception ○ Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email ○ Supporting administrative processes, such as check ins, check outs, wake up calls ○ Handling payments, preparing invoices ○ Dealing with complaints and problems

○ Ensure Suites are cleaned and all the requested amenities from the guest are placed as requested ○ Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, offering personalized assistance with special requests, such as providing amenities or customized care, while coordinating with relevant departments, enhancing the guest experience ○ Communication with guests in person and via emails/phone calls in order to assist them with bookings, inquires, request ○ Listening to complaints and finding the most suitable solution to ensure guests are happy and enjoying their stay

○ Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way ○ Escorting the guests and showing the room and explaining how air condition, TV, etc are working ○ Addressing and escalating customer complaints ○ Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relation Manager when needed

○ Offering assistance with certain tasks ( confirming travel arrangements,taking messages) ○ Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions ○ Small event arrangements(birthday’s, wedding anniversaries, weddingproposals) ○ Record information in the logbook daily
