(2 years 10 months) I oversaw store operations, visual merchandising standards and customer service. I monitor profit and loss, payroll and statistical selling reports to drive business. I assisted in the recruitment, hiring and training of sales associates and department managers. I had daily communication with the District Manager and Corporate Office on store related needs. I also had responsibility towards inventory control and shrink reduction.

(2 years 10 months) Managed a staff of 30. Facilitated day to day operations of rink and staff. Worked as a liaison between corporate office regarding accident reports. Managed all aspects of safety operations including record keeping of where physical accidents took place and reviewing security tapes.
