· Holding in recruitment process such as ; attending interviews, contacting short list candidates, assuring recruitment committee and security about the date and time, print the required documents. Upon completion of the selection process, inform selected candidates on the terms and conditions of employment and necessary documentation to be submitted.

· Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and practice, arranging all organization meetings ,workshops, events & bazaars.
· Friendly dealing with the employees ,good ideas to solve the employees conflicts.
· Functioning as initial point of contact for employees with HR-related questions..
