I joined the team in Timisoara in 2007 when the organization was small, with 10 employees. Throughout
the 16 years within the company, I had responsibilities that changed and adapted to local needs, depending
on its growth, reaching 350 employees at the location I was responsible for in 2023.
Responsibilities:
Office/Administrative activities:
Smooth and lean operation: office supplies insurance, cleaning activity organization, occupational safety,
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with the representative of the building where our company operates.
In 16 years, I coordinated the relocation of the company to 4 different locations, ensuring the preparation
and organization of activities to guarantee zero interruption in the production activities of my colleagues.
Coordinating employee events, including summer and Christmas parties, as well as team-building
activities, involves ensuring that the budget aligns with approvals, securing suitable venues, and
negotiating prices.
Travel: external/internal flight tickets, hotel accommodations, maintaining the relationship between
Visma Norway and Visma Timisoara, negotiating contracts with travel companies.
Primary accounting: Management of RON / EUR bank account, online banking payments (utilities,salaries, taxes, subscriptions, medical services, rent, cash register), monthly report on bank payments and
transactions, presentation of the accounting documents to the accounting firm, expense reimbursements.
Human Resources: Timekeeping, drafting employment contracts / additional documents, handling
documents for hiring / termination and delivering them to the accounting and payroll firm, updating
job announcements on BestJobs / EJobs, meal vouchers.
