• Implementing and managing health information systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding clients’ health status and sensitive information contained in data sources.

• Training and mentoring health staffs in the use of health information systems and data analysis visualization.

• Fixing any errors and problems observed in the database, and report any hardware/software malfunctions to central team as needed.
• Routinely analyzing and producing lists of patients for follow up such as missing appointment, Next Appointment, LTFU, Viral Load, Expected Net loss, 6MMD, 3MMD, Final Outcome List, PMD vs CTC2 Database Data Triangulation, EAC, IPT Completion, Dried Blood Spot Taken List etc.
• Leading generation of queries and ensure completion of data cleaning activities.
• Monitoring all SI (Strategic Information) projects and support staff to resolve project implementation or management issues.
• Developing data analysis presentations and progress tracking at the facility level.
• Designing, analyzing and conducting regular DQA with team members and managing PEPFAR indicators targets at facility level with help from CHMTs.
• To generate Patient, Semi Annual, Annual, Cohort and PEPFAR Reports from the Database and to collaborate with other team members to prepare NASHCOP monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual reports on supported program areas
• Generating reports and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security guidelines.
• Ensuring that implementation of facility activities adhere to CDC’s monitoring and evaluation system through uploading CTC analytics
• Producing, reviewing and sharing as per agreed schedule weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for various program areas such as HTS, index testing, enhanced PITC, PMTCT and TB/HIV.
• Ensuring that DQA is carried out quarterly according to DQA SOP’s and that recommendations following the facility DQA visit are
• Using CTC2 Database to produce high quality reports to the DMO and submit these to the DASHCOP and District Data Officer.
• Communicating both verbally and in writing suggestions for improvements to data entry or data flow to supervisors.

• Designing and executing dashboard for data visualization
• Performing any other relevant duties as assigned by the CTC in charge/District Data Officer/DASHCOP.
