Helped with digitalizing 14 branches of the cement company’s financial statements. • Collected millions of operational and financial information from clients and imported data into databases SmartBi and DBVisualizer. • Managed and organized 400+ tables and extracted the schema of each table from databases to excel, filtered out necessary information. Recorded distinctions and mistakes of tables between two datasets. Communicated with different branches managers about their standards for matrix definition and data reporting methods. Used advanced EXCEL to compare different tables and calculate matrix based on defined complex formula. Combined different information together and made single format of financial statements. • Drew data flow chart that summarized the source and flow of dataset and cross-sectional logic among each section in each branch. • Collaborated with UCLA professor and three team members, discovered an effective ranking algorithm method, to decide an optimal auto insurance advertisement posting layout on e-commerce websites. • Conducted data visualization process using Tableau, exploring data through more than 20 heatmaps, grouped histograms and boxplots. Drew grouped histograms to find out the pattern of relationship between numerical variables and dependent variable and drew box plots to figure out the relationship between categorical variables and dependent variable. Used Heatmap to validate previous observation. Used SQL to identify the most profitable ads campaign and the campaign with the highest click through rates. • Adopted Multinomial Logistic Regression, logistic model and XGBOOST for each publisher to identify important features of determining click rates, finding out factors that affect publishers ad’s impression level, with 0.91 of confusion matrix precision. • Participated daily communication meeting about the project management through Zoom. Proposed several solutions and suggestions to increase the das click rates of specific channel.
