With 5 years of experience as a Physical Education teacher, I am skilled in working with students from grades 1 to 12. I have successfully designed and taught fitness and sports programmes tailored to different age groups, focusing on motor skills, teamwork, and fitness goals. For younger students, I aim to make learning fun and engaging to develop basic skills and a love for movement. For older students, I focus on advanced skills, sports and fitness strategies, and promoting lifelong healthy habits. I hold certifications in first aid, CPR, and seizure management, ensuring student safety at all times. My experience as a CAS teacher, Personal Projects and Extended Essay supervisor has helped me mentor students, encouraging discipline, commitment, and leadership. I am passionate about helping students enjoy physical activity, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
