I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a waitress in various establishments. Since April 2021, I have been a waitress at L’Amorosina in Forlì, where I have developed strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, at the beginning of the 2023 season, I worked at Bagno Harmony 68 in Cervia, gaining valuable experience in a seaside setting. Previously, from April 2018 to November 2020, I worked as a waitress and barista at La Fiasca in Forlì. This role allowed me to refine my barista skills and further enhance my ability to manage busy service periods efficiently. Beyond hospitality, I have also worked as a freelance Spanish language cultural and linguistic mediator for the DiaLogos Cooperative since November 2022. This role has strengthened my communication and intercultural mediation abilities. In addition, I completed a 150-hour internship at Centro Donna in Forlì from June to September 2021, where I gained experience in community support and advocacy. This diverse background has allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a strong work ethic in both customer service and cultural mediation settings.
