公司建立HACCP关键控制点体系,通过环境安全与职业健康认证,产品取得HALAL与MUI清真认证,出口远销东南亚等多个国家。
公司多年来始终关注设备升级与改造,持续投资进行数控设备、检验检测和试验设备的升级改造,先后购置自动称重设备、自动配料设备、机器人等先进制造装备,生产过程中通过PLC控制器进行设备的生产监控,通过机器换人提升生产过程的自动化水平。公司目前在全国的生产基地共拥有70余条自主研发的自动化生产线,随着浙江乐清总部蛋白数字化工厂投产,公司在数字化、智能化、自动化方面再次引领行业发展,树立行业的崭新标杆。

For many years, the company has been focusing on equipment upgrades and renovations, continuously investing in the upgrading and renovation of CNC equipment, inspection and testing equipment, and has purchased advanced manufacturing equipment such as automatic weighing equipment, automatic batching equipment, and robots. During the production process, the equipment is monitored through PLC controllers, and the automation level of the production process is improved through machine replacement. The company currently has over 70 independently developed automated production lines in its production bases across the country.
