China Boton Group was founded in 1991 in Shenzhen and was formerly known as Shenzhen Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd. The Group was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005 (Stock Code: 3318.HK). It is the first Chinese company in the flavor and fragrance industry that is listed in HKEX.
