Hongyan Education Consulting Co., Ltd, also known as Easy Language Service was founded in 2020 to give ESLprofessionals work experience in a dynamic intercultural setting so as to increase professional development and global understanding for Taching in China. Over the past 5 years of operation,Easy Language Service has worked diligently to refine our ESL teacher placement program model so as to maximize cultural understanding of China and increase employability, developing intentionally designed program models that deliver upon 5 key learning objectives: Employability, Cultural Agility, Country Specific Knowledge, Sector Specific Knowledge, and Global Connections. We work with over 60 schools and institutions all over China to provide ESL teachers all over the world the opportunity to further their personal and professional development in a dynamic, international English teaching setting.
