Region: China (zhuhai) Description:Responsibility: a. Provide secretarial support to the General Manager b. Assist General Manager to organize the company procedures c. Translate documents between English and Chinese. d. Maintaining and handling with IT area file storage and policing of IT policies. e. Zhuhai Office based. (login to check eamil address)
职位要求
Requirements: a. Fluent in written and spoken English/Chinese. b. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and some basic software applications d. Have general administration experience. e. Writing up procedures in English and in Chinese. f. Have knowledge of basic accounting. g. Have some knowledge of Guangdong business/employment regulation an advantage. h. Flexible on work tasks as required.
