职位职责
Lead the administration and logistics management, according to the company needs of internal and external contact, carry on all kinds of meeting affairs, investigation and other activities planning and whole process service work, arrange the transportation, meals, accommodation, meetings, etc., formulate and improve the reception management system, administrative goods procurement. 1.Responsible for the daily reception of guest.; 2. Responsible for the handling work of company’s documents, letters and packages . 3.Daily management of staff canteen and dormitories; 4.Planing, reporting, purchasing, warehousing and distributing administrative fixed assets, logistics materials and labor insurance materials; 5.Prepare and organize reception and meeting affairs with guaranteed service, organize and implement company's activities, book air tickets, arrange the hotels and meals. 6.Obey management, responsible for other temporary works assigned by leaders. Location: Indonesia
职位要求
1.Administrative management, hotel management major or being good at etiquette and reception is preferred; 2. Being proficient in Chinese, English and Indonesian is in preference to be proficient in any two of them. 3.Familiar with computer, familiar with OFFICE, OA office system, E-MAIL and other office software; 4.With good ideology and morality, positive mindset and principle; 5.Strong ability of organization, expression, determination and execution. 6. Positive working attitude, strong executing ability, observe discipline.
