职位职责
【Job Objectives】:
Complete customer service work for North America (mainly referring to the United States) oil seeds crushing & oil refinery related equipment, initially identify and resolve product fault issues, and improve user satisfaction;
Collect suggestions on the maintainence and use of company equipment and feed them back to relevant departments to facilitate the continuous improvement and progress of company products;
Actively discover leads and business opportunities and feed back business opportunities.
【Job Responsibilities】:
1. Cooperate with sales to communicate technical solutions and product introductions with customers, and complete technical communication work.
2. Actively visit customers, collect various parameters of important products and customer pain points, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions and pass them to upstream departments (process, research and development, various business divisions).
3. Collect and sort out information on faulty equipment or equipment with gaps compared to competitors, analyze and find the real reasons affecting relevant parameters, and provide solutions.
4. Be responsible for relevant training for customers and guide relevant customer personnel to operate equipment correctly.
5. Complete after-sales technical documents including: maintenance plans, implementation plans, man-hour standards, maintenance and improvement patents.
6. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly important customer visit plans to solve customer pain points.
职位要求
【Qualifications】:
1. College degree or above, graduated majoring in machinery, food, biology, chemical engineering, fermentation, etc.;
2. Familiar with the process of oil seeds crushing & oil refinery and the structure of main equipment, and be able to identify common problems;
3. Have 5 years of production and maintenance experience in oil seeds crushing & oil refinery;
4. Possess strong communication skills, execution ability, and initiative, and be able to adapt to business trips.
