职位职责
1. Improve the accuracy of user intention recognition of Al customer service robots through high-quality language annotations, and provide a basis for the training of artificial intelligence models; 2. Identify problems existing in the interaction between customers and robots, analyze relevant data, generate chatbot capability reports regularly, and continuously improve the accuracy of algorithm model, customer satisfaction and service level of chatbot; 3. Cooperated with relevant functional teams, responsible for the negotiation of labeling requirements, the creation of standards and the comprehensive workflow of the project, formulated the BPO labeling assessment process and specifications, improved the labeling efficiency and accuracy, and improved the labeling tools and processes; 4. Responsible for maintaining knowledge base, evaluating algorithm recognition ability, and constantly identifying new scenarios of consumer problems; 5. Put forward the optimization points of robot functions, docking and coordinating the communication of different teams, coordinating product and operational resources, and constantly optimizing the service experience of consumers in the robot stage.
职位要求
Job Requirements: 1, Bachelor degree or above, Chinese or English can be used as the working language, familiar with overseas culture; 2, any one of the following small language level C1 or above: Arabic, Hebrew, Georgian, Norwegian, Spanish, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Bulgarian; 3. Good logical analysis and judgment skills, excellent execution, good communication, recording and expression skills.
