职位职责
1、 负责总裁会议、会务的组织、纪录、传达,重要事项的跟进; 2、 负责随行及安排总裁的出差日程; 3、 负责总裁任务的传递并组织实施及跟进; 4、 负责总裁日常业务用款的申请、报销,固定资产的管理等; 5、 完成领导交办的其他工作; 1. Be responsible for the organization, recording and communication of president's meetings and conference affairs, and follow-up of important matters; 2. Be responsible for accompanying and arranging the business trip schedule of the president; 3. Be responsible for the transmission of the president's tasks, and organize the implementation and follow-up; 4. Be responsible for the application and reimbursement of the president's daily business funds, and the management of fixed assets; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders;
职位要求
1、本科以上学历,工商管理、项目管理、人力资源管理等专业相关; 2、有海外留学经验者佳,英语能作为工作语言; 3、抗压能力强,组织协调能力强,较好的沟通表达能力和活动策划能力;具备一定的报告输出能力。 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, project management, human resource management, etc; 2. Overseas study experience is preferred, and English can be used as the working language; 3. Strong pressure resistance, strong organization and coordination ability, good communication and expression ability and activity planning ability; Have certain report output ability.
