F45 Training Chaowai is seeking a dynamic BD & Marketing Manager or Community Manager to handle marketing and promotional tasks, increase membership numbers, handle business development, and build and manage the F45 Fitness community. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a relevant field, a dynamic outgoing personality and inspires others to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. ----- Job tasks and responsibilities: - Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community based team training environment. - Manage the client experience / interaction to ensure satisfaction, engagement and retention. - Business development with corporate wellness programs - Build network & partnerships of related businesses for cross marketing opportunities - Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained. - A willingness to work flexible hours and eager to be actively involved in growing the business. - Work closely with the Owner/Director to ensure that all aspects of the business are operating at the highest level. - Ensure the safety of staff and members
