Job Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis Responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing relevant information on the industry, market and competitors to provide data support for the company's strategic decisions and business development. Provide in-depth understanding of industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape of the target market, and provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the business department. Business strategy planning and execution According to the company's strategic objectives, formulate and adjust business development plans and annual plans to ensure that the business objectives are consistent with the company's overall strategy. Supervise the implementation of business plans, identify problems and make adjustments in a timely manner to ensure the smooth implementation and achievement of business plans. New Business Development and Opportunity Exploration Actively explore and discover new business opportunities and potential markets, and promote the expansion and landing of new business through business negotiations and strategic cooperation. Tracking and evaluating the development of new business to provide management with decision-making basis and suggestions. Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationship between the company and important customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs and expectations, and provide suggestions for product improvement and service enhancement. Cross-departmental collaboration and communication Maintain close communication and collaboration with sales, product and technical departments to ensure effective implementation of business strategies across departments. Organize cross-departmental meetings on a regular basis to share market information, business progress and successful experience, and promote information exchange and cooperation among departments.
