职位职责
We seek young, ambitious individuals, who are not afraid to work hard in order to grow together with the company, achieve high targets & reap rewards accordingly. We are looking for candidates for a Business Development / Client Relations position in mid-China: Chengdu, Wuhan, Chongqing (or willing to relocate). The work will be "remote/from home", meaning there will not be an office in any of these cities for a while at least. It should still be considered full-time employment. The specifics are as follows: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Acquisition of new clients & counter-agents / partners through all available means (exhibitions, conferences, website, networking, personal search) - Leading day-to-day communication / maintaining up-to-date relations with existing partners - Promoting company services & products / day-to-day monitoring of existing promotions - Translation/monitoring of Chinese documentation (only as additional help, we have professionals taking care of that) - Instant updating of CRM/database - Day-to-day reports on all work to Head/Manager of the Department - General presentation of existing company products & services to all partners - Detailed presentation of existing company products & services to interested clients - Organizing inspection trips for potential clients to Cyprus - Feedback and complaint management Remuneration will consist of a basic salary + significant bonuses for successful deals (as always in the real estate segment)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Education - irrelevant Work Experience: Preferable experience in real-estate/immigration services/sales/marketing/public relations/business development Professional knowledge/skills: Good at maintaining interpersonal relationships. Good presentation skills. Quick at providing answers & required information. Always available for communication! Ability to work independently / the will to constantly keep yourself busy with work. Pro-active approach. Ability to report to the management & to cooperate with colleagues. Good knowledge of PC & office programs. Languages: English fluent oral & written! Chinese very fluent oral & written! Russian or other languages would be a bonus.
