Main Responsibilities Content Writing Write all kinds of customer service related copy according to customer needs and market trends. Deeply understand the company's products and services to ensure that the content is accurate, clear and easy to understand. Adjust copy style and language expression according to different customer groups and channels. Content Optimization Regularly review and optimize existing customer service content to ensure it is current and accurate. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify potential issues and room for improvement in copywriting. Work closely with product managers, technical support and other departments to ensure that copy is aligned with product features and service processes. Content Publishing and Updating Responsible for publishing written and optimized content to company website, social media, email and other channels. Regularly update and publish new customer service content based on business development and market demand. Team Collaboration and Communication Maintain close communication with customer service team, marketing team, etc. to ensure copywriting content meets business needs and brand image. Participate in team meetings to share industry trends and best practices to enhance overall team capabilities.

- Create and update relevant FAQs and knowledge base content for clients. - Write professional email templates for our extensive and growing website. - Assist foreign customer service consultants by reporting issues and providing constructive suggestions to them. - Review, monitor and report on the quality of communication between Customer Service Representatives and customers on various forums, Facebook pages, Livechat and other major CRM channels. - Any other tasks as requested by the Foreign Customer Service Advisor or management.
