工作职责
Job Description: • Responsible for the quality of customer service for the Bengali speaking region on chat App, promptly correcting any errors through quality assurance methods, and evaluating the performance of customer service; • Skilled at identifying issues within the customer service team and providing timely feedback to team leader for optimization and improvement; • Regularly provide quality inspection data analysis and develop customer service improvement plans based on the analysis results; • Complete other tasks assigned by team leader.
职位要求
Requirements: • Native speaker of Bengali, proficient in English, be able to understand Hindi is a plus; • Have a certain understanding of chat App and possess the ability to learn quickly; • Have a certain knowledge of using office productivity software; • Possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proactive work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
