职位职责
Job Descriptions:
1. Fulfilling North American customers' order and interacting with them via phone, email or chat from the receipt of purchase order untill shipping;
2. Coordinate and communicate with the Customer Focus Team in China HQ for stock replenishment in the US local warehouse and bonded warehouse;
3. Process order into the system and prepare shipping documentation for deliveries;
4. Coordinate with internal Sales Team and Logistics Team in the USA office for smooth deliveries to the Customers;
5. Prepare invoice and follow-up on payments from the Customers;
6. Daily check on deals in Hubspot. Ensure terms and conditions in the PO match the price quotation for each THEO's deal;
7. Compile and provide timely submission of machines' passwords to the Customers;
8. Coordinate credit account application between THEO sales team and MAX China HQ;
9. Maintain and upkeep a master file on all THEO's orders;
10. Compile weekly sales revenue report and send to MAX China HQ;
11. Perform any other assignments as and when required by the Management.
职位要求
Job Requirements:
1. A college diploma / degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferable;
2. Excellent in spoken and written English, proficient in Mandarin language is a plus;
3. Passionate in delivering exceptional customer service and drive towards customer satisfaction;
4. 2-3 years customer service experiences in the international trade and (or) logistics will be an advantage;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication aptitude to work effectively with both the internal and external customers;
6. Attention to details. Skilled with numbers and tables;
7. Organized, excellent in time management and able to work independently to accomplish daily tasks;
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities;
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage.
