Main responsibilities Development and implementation of e-commerce marketing strategies Based on the overall marketing strategy of the company, develop an e-commerce marketing plan, clarify marketing goals, strategies, and execution steps. Monitor the execution of marketing activities, regularly analyze data, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and adjust strategies to improve marketing efficiency. Online platform promotion Responsible for product listing, promotion, and maintenance on major e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, JD, Tmall, etc. Utilize social media, forums, blogs and other online channels for brand promotion and product promotion, to enhance brand exposure and user stickiness. Website optimization and traffic enhancement Analyze website traffic sources and user behavior, optimize website structure, layout, and content, and improve user experience and conversion rates. Using SEO technology to improve website ranking in search engines and increase natural traffic. Marketing activity planning and execution Plan and execute online promotional activities, such as limited time discounts, full discounts, buy one get one free, etc., to stimulate user purchasing desire. Collaborate with other departments to jointly plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. customer relationship management Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions through online customer service, email, phone, and other means to maintain good customer relationships. Collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs, and provide a basis for product improvement and marketing strategy adjustment. Data analysis and reporting Use data analysis tools to conduct in-depth mining and analysis of marketing activities, website traffic, user behavior, and other data. Regularly write marketing reports, report marketing achievements to superiors, and propose improvement suggestions.
职位要求
