Job responsibilities Responsible for the initial proofreading of manuscripts, checking for textual errors, improper use of punctuation, grammatical errors, etc., to ensure that the contents of manuscripts are accurate and smooth; Assist the editor to complete the finishing work of the manuscript, including format adjustment, paragraph division, picture insertion, etc., so that the manuscript meets the company's publishing requirements; Participate in the typesetting work of the manuscript, learn to master the basic operation of typesetting software, and complete the document typesetting tasks according to the editor's requirements; Assist in collecting and organizing information in related fields to provide material support for the editing team; Actively participate in editorial team meetings, learn and share editing experience, and put forward ideas and suggestions for improvement;

Requirements: - Enthusiastic team player able to work and thrive in a fast-paced media environment - Strong command of English (both writing and speaking) - Basic Chinese skills would be ideal - Basic photography skills would be ideal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Attention to detail and deadlines - Basic knowledge about life in Shanghai - Can commit to at least three full days per week at our office
