【Job Responsibilities】 1. Quickly and accurately answer foreign customers' inquiries through communication tools such as network and email; 2. Undertake and process customer orders, and track the progress of orders to ensure that orders are completed on time; 3. Properly handle service failures and customer complaints; 4. Accurately record and feedback customer information, and establish customer files; 5. can improve the easy-to-understand writing program English manual document.
职位要求
【job requirements】 1. Bachelor degree or above, interested in Internet and e-commerce, full-time or part-time; 2. CET-6 or above, English majors or overseas students with English background are preferred; 3. Have English writing foundation, be able to write English program manual documents, and understand basic computer knowledge is preferred; 4. Bear hardships and stand hard work, have a strong sense of responsibility, work enthusiasm, and have good communication skills and execution skills; 5. The training direction is: cross-border e-commerce customer service assistant → customer service specialist → senior customer service → customer service supervisor → customer service manager; excellent can be transferred internally; 6. Those who have relevant work experience are preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates who are interested in cross-border e-commerce are welcome.
