Job responsibilities: 1. according to the overall strategy of the Group's Sino-German higher education cooperation project, responsible for business coordination and business communication with the German partner; 2. according to the actual situation in the field of Sino-German education cooperation, be responsible for putting forward expert suggestions on the construction, operation and project management of the Sino-German higher education cooperation projects of the Group and participate in the relevant specific work; 3. according to the needs of the construction, operation and project management of the Sino-German higher education cooperation projects of the Group, be responsible for promoting the coordination between the two sides of the Sino-German cooperation and the implementation of the project process; 4. Responsible for market research on German higher education co-operation projects outside of Germany, analysing market patterns and industry trends, keeping abreast of the latest policy developments in the field of German higher education, and providing decision-making basis for the Group's Sino-German higher education co-operation strategy and education product planning.

Job requirements: 1, German nationality; 2, aged between 35-50 years old; 3, Master's degree or above, more than 15 years of work experience in Germany, at least 5 years of operational management or teaching experience in the field of German higher education (not in the field of research); 4, must be a native German speaker, proficient in English and understand Chinese; 5, The working place is China; 6, Industry requirements: higher education; 7, Professional requirements: science and technology, education disciplines, etc; 8, Resource Matching: Preference will be given to those who have relevant resources in the fields of German government, education (e.g. DAAD German Academic Exchange Service) and industry associations (e.g. IHK (craftsmen's association) / AHK (industry and commerce association), Goethe-Institut (Beijing), etc.); 9, Work system: full-time or part-time.
