Responsibilities: As a FX Manager, you will be at the forefront of client relations and trading services. Your main responsibilities will include: Client Acquisition & Service. 1.Develop and manage a portfolio of FX clients. 2.Identify potential clients and build relationships to introduce them to our trading services. 3.Provide excellent customer service by resolving client issues and providing timely support. Client Segmentation and Customized Services. 1.Analyze client profiles and segment them according to their trading preferences and needs. 2.Provide personalized trading solutions and strategies to meet the unique needs of each client. Problem Solving. 1.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve any issues they encounter during the transaction process. 2.Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless trading experience for clients. 职位要求
You should have the following qualifications and skills: Industry Experience: 1. Sales experience in the foreign exchange, securities, insurance or fund industry is preferred. Strong industry knowledge: 1. in-depth knowledge of the FX market, trading platforms and financial instruments. 2. Ability to keep abreast of market trends and developments. Attention to detail: 1. Highly meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in all aspects of work. Communication Skills. 1. excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Problem Solving Skills: 1. proactive in identifying and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
