Main Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Medical Services Responsible for outpatient and inpatient obstetrics and gynecology care, including taking medical history, physical examination, and formulating treatment plans. Participate in obstetrics and gynecology surgeries to ensure standardized, safe and effective surgical operations. Provide timely and effective treatment for Obstetrics and Gynecology patients with emergencies and serious illnesses. Responsible for the assessment of Obstetrics and Gynecology patients' condition, adjustment of treatment plan and prognosis assessment. Patient management and communication To establish and maintain a good doctor-patient relationship, fully respecting the patient's right to information and privacy. Patiently answer questions from patients and their families and provide necessary health education. To follow up the patient's treatment effect and adjust the treatment plan in time to ensure that the patient gets the best treatment effect. Teaching and Training Participate in the teaching of interns, trainees and residents in the hospital's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology to impart clinical experience and knowledge. Assist the hospital to carry out professional skills training in Obstetrics and Gynecology to improve the overall business level of the team. Research and Academic Exchange Participate in research projects related to Obstetrics and Gynecology, actively write academic papers to promote the academic development of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital. Pay attention to the latest developments in the field of obstetrics and gynecology and participate in international academic exchanges and cooperation. Teamwork and coordination Maintain good communication and collaboration with other departments in the hospital to provide comprehensive and high quality medical services to patients. Participate in the team building of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital and make suggestions for the development of the department.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, with professional background in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and hold a valid license to practice as a foreign physician. Possess rich clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, able to independently handle common, frequent and difficult diseases in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Proficient in Obstetrics and Gynecology surgical skills, with the ability to handle emergency and serious cases in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to the hospital work environment and work rhythm. Possess good English communication skills and be able to communicate and cooperate with international counterparts.
