1. Assisted the general principal in school preparation, overall operation and teaching management of the senior high school; 2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the development plan and annual development plan of the senior high school; 3. Responsible for the course management, teaching management, teacher management, student management, enrollment management and administrative management of the senior high school; 4. Led the subordinate departments of the Senior High School to reasonably arrange daily affairs, formulate and implement relevant work systems, work norms and corresponding supervision and assessment methods; 5. Lead the teaching department of Senior High School to formulate/implement curriculum plans, syllabus, teaching plans and corresponding implementation opinions, and guide, urge and assist teachers to implement them conscientiously; 6. Pay attention to the improvement of the professional level of the teacher team, and be responsible for the recruitment, management, training and assessment of teachers; 7. Finish other work assigned by superior leader, accept the inspection and supervision of superior department, keep communication and coordination with other departments.

1. Familiar with A-level courses, need to undertake teaching tasks; 2. Graduated from a well-known foreign university, with teacher qualification certificate; 3. Teaching management and experience of well-known international schools in China; 4. Be between 35 and 45 years old; 5. Have the resources of famous foreign universities
