职位职责
Responsibilities: 1. Under the overall framework of the company's annual sales plan, draft a development plan for the overseas market, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of the plan, exploring overseas markets, developing, maintaining, and managing foreign customers, mainly developing the European market; 2. Organize customer information and invite customers before the exhibition, record negotiations during the exhibition, and follow up and develop customers after the exhibition; 3. Reception of foreign clients' visits and business negotiations; 4. Responsible for following up on customer inquiries: inquiry registration, inquiry response and follow-up, timely handling and responding to customer order demands and issues; 5. Sedimentary customer resource development: deep development and follow-up of existing customer resources; 6. From inquiries and price negotiations until the completion of orders, execute and track business according to the company's business operation procedures, ensuring delivery according to customer requirements; 7. Promote customer sales and communicate and handle objections, and complete after-sales service work for orders; 8. Collection of payment, production of customs declaration and clearance documents, recording, archiving and analysis of related business, statistics of various sales data, and provision of statistics, query, and management of foreign trade sales performance; 9. Assist in implementing the work goals and plans for the company's trade business.
职位要求
Requirements: 1. Major in International Trade or Business English, CET6 or above, proficient in English and a second foreign language (Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc.), must have an accessible communication level with foreign clients, and work experience in the clothing foreign trade industry is preferred; 2. At least 1 year of experience in developing foreign trade clothing clients, familiar with foreign trade processes, able to independently visit overseas clients under company arrangements, experience in leading a team is preferred; 3. After training, one can proficiently master product knowledge in international business sales and provide reasonable solutions according to customer requirements; 4. Having experience in international market expansion, proficient in communication, able to correctly understand customer needs; 5. Have good work habits, execution, organization, communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, serious and meticulous, have a proactive work habit of following up and advancing, have excellent ability to control and solve problems, and be able to stand alone; 6. The ability to manage multiple orders, suppliers, and provide comprehensive services to multiple customers simultaneously; 7. Excellent teamwork spirit, high standard professional ethics, and strong centripetal force; 8. Experience in promoting, operating, investing, and developing clients on overseas social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Google Maps, and independent websites is preferred.
