1. Supervise, manage and manage the technical procedures and technical quality on site in relation to all construction, fibre and measurement work and the EHS procedures on site carried out by an external company specialising in EHS. 2. He reports on the status of the construction site every time and follows up with the subcontractors the resolution of the reported and/or escalated questions/problems. 3. Detection and prevention of non-standard, unsafe or non-compliant processes on the construction site, reporting and recording in an appropriate manner (documentation report, photos, etc.) and requesting the subcontractors to bring about a solution. 4. He acts as the main point of contact for the local municipalities, assists the subcontractors in relations with the municipalities, supervises and manages the permit applications. 5. Assisting subcontractors in local negotiations for the RoW permits where assistance is needed. 6. Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and local residents to ensure the project runs smoothly. 7. Assist subcontractors in communicating/discussing with local residents as part of the final LLD agreements relevant during the actual construction and excavations. 8. Record all reports, track and collect construction site documentation, minutes of meetings with the client, subcontractors, authorities and internally, record and report inspection documentation on site, manage A1 documentation tool when needed.

1. Degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Project Management or equivalent; 2. More than 2 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry; 3. Familiar with OSP and landline skills (FTTX, GPON, MSAN); l 4. Familiar with local technical standards, specifications and customs (esp. ÖNORM 2110 and RVS); l 5. You have good communication and interpersonal skills; 6. Sufficient language skills in English and German; 7. Willingness to travel to the area of operation (mainly in Lower Austria); 8. Fair, honest, principled.
