职位职责
We are recruiting German speaking customer support representatives at our Istanbul office! You will be responsible for helping players solve their problems and continuing to enjoy the game. Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily customer support, answering game tickets, Facebook questions, and emails; 2. Assist players in solving technical problems in the game; 3. Record game issues and user feedback to solve online problems; 4. Follow Facebook and other social communities and collect feedback from players; 5. Proofread operational activities, game localization, and advertising proposals.
职位要求
Job requirements 1. Good written and oral communication skills in German; 2. Love gaming, understand the player's psychology and habits; 3. Strong computer skills, able to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously; 4. Strong ability to solve problems/troubleshoot; 5. Proactive, creative, and motivated to improve and continuously learn; 6. Need to be able to work during non working hours; 7. Outgoing personality, with good teamwork spirit and ability to withstand pressure; 8. Achieve native language proficiency in German. 9. Enjoying games is the biggest advantage.
