Client relationship management; maintaining & developing clients' needs; 2. Providing Fast, accurate, effective and professional client service; understand customer needs and providing timely feedback ; 4. Fulfill quarterly sales target; 5. Completing & saving sale information and historical data; 6. Flexible working time: timely processing clients' needs and emergencies between different time zone; 7. Complying with company rules, and complete other assigned work.
职位要求
Requirements: 1. Native English speaker 2. 20-30 years old, 2 years of above client relationship manager management experience; consulting client service / tele-sales experience is preferred; 3. College degree or above (including College degree), marketing / business management related major preferred; 4. Good communication skill; 5. Quick thinker, good personality.
