工作职责
Position Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical service to Korean customers by email or phone call 2. Understand customer's needs, initially determine faults and consulting problems, and provide correct consulting services and solutions. 3. Provide feedback to level 2/3 engineers for customer's special problems and unresolved issues, and provide professional answers and maintenance programs. 4. For the bad parts failure can be timely for the customer shipments to replenish the Welfare benefits: Monthly Salary: 6-8K (language allowance/meal supplement/transportation supplement/project subsidy/performance) Company benefits: 1, 13 salary, five insurance and one gold, year-end awards, annual salary increase 2、10 days paid annual leave, 10 days paid sick leave 3、Free staff dormitory (wifi/air conditioning/hot water/balcony/bathroom) 4、Semi-annual promotion, professional training, birthday party
职位要求
Position Requirements: 1、Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Korean, pure and fluent spoken, basic English ability; 2、Korean preferred, Korean language certificate is preferred; 3、Basic computer operating skills, understanding of routers / switches and other related equipment use and maintenance; 4、Good communication skills and active listening attitude (customer relations).
