Job Responsibilities
Hotel Operation Management
Formulate hotel operation strategies to ensure the smooth running of hotel business.
Supervise the daily operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, guest rooms, catering, recreation, etc., to ensure that the service quality meets the company's standards.
Coordinate resources of various departments to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Responsible for the financial management of the hotel, including budgeting, cost control, revenue management, etc., to ensure that the hotel's profitability targets are met.
Service Quality Management
Supervise the implementation of hotel service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Organize regular staff training to improve staff service awareness and service skills.
Handle customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain the hotel's good reputation.
Marketing and Customer Relationship Management
Formulate hotel marketing strategies to expand market share.
Plan and execute all kinds of promotional activities to improve the hotel's visibility and competitiveness.
Establish and maintain customer relationship management system to maintain good communication and cooperation with customers.
Team building and personnel management
Set up an efficient and professional hotel management team and clarify the responsibilities of each position.
Develop employee performance appraisal system to motivate employees to work actively.
Create a positive working atmosphere to enhance employees' sense of belonging.
Safety and Risk Management
Responsible for the safety management of the hotel to ensure the personal safety of guests and employees.
Formulate and implement hotel safety rules and regulations, and organize regular safety inspections and training.
Identify and respond to potential risks to ensure the sound development of the hotel business.
职位要求
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in hotel management or related majors.
At least 5 years of hotel management experience, familiar with hotel operation management and service process.
Good team management, communication and coordination and problem solving skills.
In-depth understanding and practical experience in marketing and customer relationship management.
Strong stress resistance and resilience, able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment of the hotel industry.
