职位职责
1、与各大招聘机构有良好的互动,负责人员的招聘、录用、入职等各项工作的开展;Have good interaction with big recruitment agencies and be responsible for recruitment, entry and other personnel work 2、熟悉本地法律法规,协助总部和领导建立海外公司的薪酬和绩效管理考核体系;Familiar with local laws and regulations, assist headquarter / superiors to establish oversea office with salary and performance management, and evaluation system 3、负责办公室企业文化的维护,关注内部员工的状态和情绪;Responsible for the maintenance of the corporate culture in the office, pay close attention to the state and emotions of internal employees 4、确保企业各项行业资质的申报,更新,合格评审;Ensure the declaration, update and qualification review of various industry qualifications of CIMC enterprise 5、有效执行总部或上级的行政指令;Effectively implement the administrative instructions of the headquarters or superiors
职位要求
1、熟练掌握泰语、英语、中文,能够熟练进行口语交流;Proficient in Thai, Chinese and communicate fluently in oral language 2、大学本科以上学历,且人事行政五年以上工作经验;同时也欢迎优秀业绩表现者参与;Bachelor degree or above, with more than six years of work experience in personnel administration; at the same time outstanding talents are also welcome to participate 3、耐心细心,有责任心和亲和力;形象气质佳,有良好的职业素养 Patient and careful, responsible and affinity; good image and temperament, good professional quality
