If you are interested in this job, please find details as following.Job description:1、Responsible for the improvement and optimization of performance management systems of the group, divisions and subsidiaries, as well as in charge of the operation supervision;2、In charge of regulating the period recruitment channels, expanding the recruitment channels , and searching qualified candidates, arranging interviewee and so on;3、To organize HR annual planning seminar, conduct and improve the organization development system, as well as make analysis of the organization development framework.
职位要求
Job Requirements:1、Have experience in human performance management, or recruitment management or organization development ;2、Familiar with the usage of office software, can form the related report quickly;3、Fluently English both in listening and oral, Mandarin is preferred;4、Be good at communication, ability to coordinate and team work.5、This job is open for foreigners.
