职位职责
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for employee recruitment, attendance, social security, employee procedures, etc.
2. Improve and establish the company's regulations and supervise their implementation in Philippine.
3. Responsible for the company's printing, fixed assets, insurance, etc. administrative work.
4. Responsible for logistics support, team building, etc.
5. Responsible for coordinating meetings and liaising with various institutions in Philippine.
职位要求
1. Familiar with Philippine recruitment channels, manpower suppliers and labor regulations is preferred;
2, more than 2 years of human, administrative or comprehensive management work experience is preferred, proficient in office software;
3, branch responsible experience is preferred, good at team building, with excellent communication and coordination skills;
4. Fluent in Chinese and English.
