职位职责
Job Description: 1. Work with overseas business leadership team to understand business needs and provide HR solutions to support the achievement of business objectives; 2.Manage overseas recruitment activities, from strategy development to execution, build overseas recruitment channels and ensure the right talent is attracted and recruited; 3. Design and implement employee performance evaluation system to promote the establishment and development of performance management culture; 4. Identify staff development needs, design and implement training and development programs to support staff career development; 5. Handle employee relations issues to ensure high employee satisfaction and low turnover; 6. Supportand guide management decisions on organizational change, restructuring and cultural development; 7. Ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with local laws and regulations and company standards; 8. Prepare and manage HR department budget to optimize cost effectiveness. Job
职位要求
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field is preferred; 2.3 + years HR related working experience, 1+ years as HRBP or similar role, manufacturing / automotive/HR industry BP experience is preferred; 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of different cultural backgrounds; 4. Business insight and strategic thinking ability to align HR strategy with business objectives ; 5.Good problem solving skills, able to make effective decisions in a complex and changing environment.
