We are looking for inspiring and proactive Insights Lead to join us at Shanghai office.What you’ll doKey Activities: Providing needed market intelligence with formed perspectives for local and global stakeholders Guide the team to provide real time insights from ecosystem, including the market, patient, pharmacist, competitor intelligence, and HEOR experts, to business stakeholders through data analysis and insight projects Guide the team to build the data/report framework to track the dynamics of the market, benchmarks as well as brand market performance Guide the team to build insight plan according to the business priorities and current brand situation Lead the team to deliver the marketing research/market insight projects with a high-quality outcome Lead the team to communicate the project result with internal stakeholders and regional/global team, work together with internal stakeholder to ensure the implementation of the project result. Develop the team in enhancing required competencies, and be able to support newly emerging requests and handle ambiguities Interested? 职位要求
At least 7 years working experiences of MNC in the function of Marketing Research, Business Analysis, and Strategic position. And Pharmaceutical industry background is a must. Strategic thinking and strong business analysis capability is a must , able to generate questions that will drive business. Can identify gaps independent of brand/NPP/Business planning team Master of various types of insight projects with capability to provide hands-on suggestions, including patient journey, buying process, segmentation, competitor intelligence, marketing understanding, brand tracking, concept/Message/DA test, ATU project, potential assessment, price-volume elasticity etc. Strong communication and project management skill and strong problem-solving skill are required.
