职位职责
Main Duties Business negotiation and cooperation establishment Responsible for making initial contact with potential international partners to understand their business needs and provide product and service introduction. Participate in business negotiations to reach agreement on cooperation details, price terms and delivery methods. Assist in the signing of business contracts to ensure that the terms of the contract are in line with the interests of the company and the requirements of laws and regulations. Order management and follow-up Receive and process orders from international customers and ensure the accuracy of order information. Follow up order execution, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Handle unexpected problems during order execution, such as transportation delays, quality issues, etc., to maintain customer satisfaction. After-sales service and relationship maintenance Conduct regular return visits to international customers to understand customer satisfaction with products and services. Handle customer complaints and actively seek solutions to enhance customer loyalty. Collect customer feedback and provide reference for product improvement and market expansion. Market information collection and analysis Pay attention to international market dynamics, collect industry information and analyze competitors' situation. Prepare regular market analysis reports to provide data support for the company's decision-making. Assist in the development of international market expansion strategies to promote the company's business growth. Document Management and Translation Responsible for the organization, filing and storage of international business documents to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the documents. Assist in the translation of business documents to ensure communication without barriers.
职位要求
1. Preferably a graduate/master's/bachelor's degree. 2. Fluency in English/Chinese or any other language is preferred. 3.Able to motivate others behind the agenda. 4. Build strong client relationships. 5.
