Job Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Responsible for collecting and analyzing industry trends, competitive situation and target customers' needs in the international e-commerce market to provide basis for the company to formulate market entry strategies; Tracking changes in international e-commerce policies and regulations, assessing the impact on the company's business and proposing response strategies. Business development and cooperation: Finding and evaluating potential international e-commerce partners, establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships, and promoting the business development of both parties; Participate in business negotiations and sign cooperation agreements to ensure that the company's interests are maximized. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with international customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; Regularly collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs, and provide suggestions for the company's product optimization and service enhancement. Sales strategy development and implementation: Based on market analysis, formulate sales strategy and promotion plan for international e-commerce business; Supervise the implementation of sales strategies, analyze sales data, adjust sales strategies and improve sales performance. Teamwork and Communication: Maintain close communication with relevant departments within the company and coordinate resources to ensure smooth business promotion; Participate in the company's international conferences, exhibitions and other activities to showcase the company's image and promote the company's products and services.
职位要求
Requirements - Bachelor degree or above, majoring in e-commerce, international trade, marketing and other related majors is preferred; - Have rich experience in international e-commerce business, familiar with the operation rules and processes of international e-commerce market; - Possess good English communication skills, able to skillfully handle international business emails, negotiations and contract signing; - Strong market analysis, business negotiation and customer relationship maintenance skills; - Good teamwork spirit and stress resistance, able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment. - Must have customer resources for Europe, North America marketing or other sales channel in LED lighting and LED landscape lighting products.
