1.Liaise with customer & different internal dept independently to meet customer needs 2.Assist Director to lead the Customer Service team 3.Well handle customer complaints 4.Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey 5.Assist manager in monitoring day to day operations; and in consolidating billing/forecast information for further analysis 6.Review working procedures & provide suggestions to improve effectiveness 7.Coaching new staff 8.Complete appointed job given by superiors at the right time and with good quality
