3.YOUR TASKS Develop new businesses prior to the agreed Sales Plan while sustaining current business 依据既定销售计划维护现有业务并开拓新业务. Leading the price negotiation with internal coodinating all related department for each acquisition aiming for getting new order biz according to company guidelines. 依据公司方针争取新订单,在报价过程中协调公司内部各相关部门并主导整个议价过程 Leading the technical change negotiation after SOP for profit increase or maintenance. 主导SOP后的技术变更谈判,以保持目前利润空间或达成利润增长目标. Provide timely communication to OEM / Tier X customer & Hella related unit or plants when changes occur which effects customer’s product or business. 一旦发生影响客户产品及业务变更时,为OEM/Tier X 客户及海拉内部部门或工厂之间提供及时沟通。 Establish and well maintain contact/CRM with OEM customers / Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management. 为CRM与OEM/Tier 1 客户建立并保持良好关系,包括工程、采购、SQA及其它客户管理相关部门。 Leading & responsible for the annual price negotiation 主导并负责年度议价谈判Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. 职位要求
Your Qualifications Bachelor degree or above either major in business administration combined with understanding of technical matters or major in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration. Mother-tongue: Chinese; Fluent English in both written & oral; Additional knowledge on the native language for target customer (excl. Chinese) is desirable; German is favorable, but not necessarily a MUST. 5~8 years job-related experience in Auto industry with professional knowledge in Sales area; be familiar with normal standard and process of Global industry. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software; with entrepreneurial and analytical working ability to cooperate with an international team.
