Job requirements:1. Education and experience requirements:Bachelor degree or above;Related customer service experience preferred; 2. Skill requirements:1) Proficient Korean oral, reading and writing ability;2) Have basic English ability;3) Can accept short time study abroad and business trip;4) With good communication and fast learning ability;5) Can work under pressure;6) Attention to detail, have a strong sense of team work and customer service consciousness;7) Good office software skills, such as word, excel, etc.
