Job responsibilities: 1. Provide customers with pre-sales consultation and guidance on product use; 2. Diagnose and solve product problems raised by customers professionally and effectively; 3. Input all customer transactions and customer information in the system; 4. Provide customers with professional and good customer experience through different service channels (telephone, Internet, email).
